Job Application

Once vacancies are announced, you can submit your job applications online via Job bulletin on the BMT homepage (only available in Korean) or job portals.

01 STEP.

Document Screening

All required applicant qualities and skills are evaluated based on documents supplementing a submitted application.

  • Any false information will result in the dismissal of an application and/or a withdrawal of a tentative job offer.
  • Document screening results will be shared with selected candidates only.

02 STEP.

Interview

A job interview will be conducted to determine whether the applicant has the qualifications and personality for a position at BMT.

  • Interview processes may occur over multiple stages, when necessary, especially for operational-level and executive-level positions.

03 STEP.

Employment Agreement

Compensation packages are discussed and determined based on the applicant’s backgrounds and references.

04 STEP.

Medical Examination

Candidates are required to undergo a medical examination in order to determine if they are fit for the job.

  • Job offers are conditional upon the candidate’s fitness for work.

05 STEP.
